Re Barca v Juve..

Neymar's headed goal should have stood.. he headed the ball onto his arm but this was not intentional .. the rule book says handball has to be intentional ...refs get this wrong quite often ! lol

The women's world cup is going on just now in Canada ... worth a look... I will be watching it.

I am sickened and angry regarding FIFA !! ... I've ALWAYS been suspicious of Jack Warner since England's failed bid for the 06 world cup ! ... but it's just YUK ! On a mega sleaze scale.. .. jeez... Latest is millions meant for the Haiti charity ended up in Jack Warners credit card accounts ...

And here's another thing in the beautiful game which FAFFS me off !

leeds player at DCFC this season after a legit tackle ..

And here's a funny thread on one of my rival's site ...

<Hozza> I looked at that Neymar goal a dozen times, and from the "front on" angle it looks really bad.

That said, strictly according to the rules it should have stood. But any ref seeing that head on angle would have disallowed it.

Football refs have a great deal of latitude in following the rules. They're usually pretty good, except with the offside calls. They miss a lot of those, and seems to me they are regularly erring on the side of caution. They call way too many offsides that aren't really offside.

I'm going to skip the women's soccer for a sexist reason- I think that any 4th Division English men's side would blank the women's soccer champions in every match.

The quality of play isn't high enough to hold my interest.

I'll wait for the Euro national league games to start up again, and for the South American "coppa tea" competition.

Jun-11-15  Travis Bickle: Hi Jess, here's a song from an album that Paul came out with about 2 years after John Lennon's death, with many themes on the album about John especially the song 'Here Today'. He even went back to ex-Beatles producer George Martin to make this record 'Tug of War', that Title track explaining the relationship between he & Lennon's writing one upmanship competition that gave The Beatles the edge they needed to be great.

Take a good close look at Neil Young from 2:30 - 2:42 of the video.

Subsequent scientific analysis has proven that this is as stoned as it is humanly possible to be and remain standing.
