Neymar's headed goal should have stood.. he headed the ball onto his arm but this was not intentional .. the rule book says handball has to be intentional ...refs get this wrong quite often ! lol The women's world cup is going on just now in Canada ... worth a look... They miss a lot of those, and seems to me they are regularly erring on the side of caution. They call way too many offsides that aren't really offside. I'm going to skip the women's soccer for a sexist reason- I think that any 4th Division English men's side would blank the women's soccer champions in every match. The quality of play isn't high enough to hold my interest. I'll wait for the Euro national league games to start up again, and for the South American "coppa tea" competition. |
