Bernstein wrote that, too? As well as "Bennie and the Jets"? I know you're just yanking my chain.
My pedantic self insists that I point out the answer. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=twb...
Music by Bernstein and lyrics by Sondheim. Doesn't get much better than that in musicals. |

| Jun-21-15 | | Alien Math: continual google antics via search results,
Bad Results
While some content is debatable, Google’s direct answers have also included undeniably incorrect information. Last year, a Google search for “king of united states” returned a direct answer listing President Barack Obama as the “Emperor of the United States of America.” With content pulled from the politically-conservative website Breitbart.com, Google was serving up an obviously false answer at the top of its search results. http://searchengineland.com/when-go... |

| Jun-22-15 | | playground player: <jessicafischerqueen> I needed a break today, so I watched your documentary, <Morphy, the Mozart of Chess>. Wonderful! I love your documentary art. One of the things that came across was how overwhelming Morphy's celebrity must have been to him. Given the state of communications at the time, he was about as big as celebrity as it was possible to be. I don't think he enjoyed it. But I certainly enjoyed your video! |

Visitors at Madame Tussaud's in New York got a little more than they expected when they visited what seemed to be Ozzy Osbourne's wax sculptor. Once they sat beside the iconic rock vocalist and cameras began to role, the situation got a bit creepy. http://wallets.wimp.com/ozzyosbourne/ |

Take a good close look at Neil Young from 2:30 - 2:42 of the video. Subsequent scientific analysis has proven that this is as stoned as it is humanly possible to be and remain standing. > OMG! The technical description for this is that "He was baked out of his freaking gourd!" |

My dear <Mannbee>
No, I'm still in Korea. I'll be happy to share my experience with you via EMU. It might take me a few days to send you a message since I'm pretty busy learning how to do my new job. |
|
| Sep-07-15 | | morfishine: <jessicafischerqueen> The documentary on Nezhmetdinov was really fantastic and I should've elaborated more on my original post. These vids really bring the man to life highlighting his human qualities. (For example, when he got in trouble for the drinking incident at the hotel). Besides being very enjoyable to watch, these vids are also the perfect length: 45-50 minutes each. These are a definite must watch for any chess enthusiast |

| Sep-17-15 | | Robed.Bishop: Jess - any idea what happened to <Karpova>? |
|
Sep-17-15
 | | jessicafischerqueen:
Yes <Karpova> is well, my dear Bishop. I can tell you that. As for her absence from cg.com, and the absence of many, many other valuable contributors, I believe there's a logical reason why they are absent. I would just be speculating though, and I'd prefer not to do that. |
|
| Sep-18-15 | | Robed.Bishop: Jess -
Thank you for the info. That she is okay is enough. While I am not above the excitement of rumor, intrigue, and whispers, I would not ask you to air your speculations and start the inevitable and unstoppable flood of postings. Please send my best (how's that for a vague sentiment?) should the opportunity arise. Thank you for your prompt response. |
