Mar-08-16  Boomie: <jessicafischerqueen: Carmen Miranda>

Did you see how I snuck into the act in "Chica Chica BOOM Chic"? Chicks dig things that go BOOM.

Also Don Ameche as a song and dance man would make a fine Fabu Factoid item.

Mar-08-16  Alien Math: found couple movies think might like,

Insidious Chapter 3 http://www.imdb.com/title/tt3195644/

and Last Shift http://www.imdb.com/title/tt2965466/

forget which one i had to ask friend to visit to continue movie, both seemed neat

Thanks <Hanh> I did see both of those movies already. Not really my cup of tea, but they held my interest enough to keep watching until the end.

Generally I prefer Indie horror, although 99 percent of them are terrible.

Actually 99 percent of all horror movies are unwatchable, but that doesn't stop me from watching (at least the beginning) of almost all of them in search of those rare gems- which make it all worthwhile, at least for me.

Japan's Scariest Manga Artist Loves Japan's Creepiest Cosplayer

Ikura seems to exclusively cosplay as characters from Ito’s horror manga, which must be incredibly flattering.

Mar-08-16  Party Animal: Hey Jess, earlier you asked if I see any good horror flicks, well I did but they weren't supposed to be that genre. I seen many horror movies when I went to see drama's, comedy's & Disney family cartoons. Blagh! : 0

<My Dear Gibbon>

You said it brah. There are tons of horror aspects to "non horror movies" to be sure. Sometimes it's better than in a horror movie. "Requiem for a Dream" is not a horror but it's more horrible than 99 percent of all horror movies.

"Pinnochio" scared me so bad I had nightmares about it for at least 20 years after watching it as a young ape.

<Sir Edward> Aha you meant movies so bad that they're horrible right?

Agree 100000000000000000000000 percent.

I'd say 99.999999999999999999 percent of all movies are unwatchable dreck.

Mar-08-16  Party Animal: Yeah Jessie, they used to make films with intelligent scripts & great actors & directors. Now Hollywood has their marketing wonder boys target the 15-25 year old audience demographic to show Super Hero trash with CGI or action movies that have more blood in them than the entire WWII!!

They can't make films that are insightful, make you feel or even make you think because Hollywood figures there's no profit in it. They've perfected the art of blowing things up, beating people into bloody pulps & heroes for young minds to look up to who use machine guns on entire city blocks like Al Capone & his ilk used to for real.

P.S. sorry for my chimpless humor I just had a bad banana. ; P
