<Hozza> Well I saw <Spurs-West Ham> now and it almost gave me a heart attack. Given that <Spurs> hadn't scored in open play since 1963, the first half had me in tears. Luckily the second half was a barn burner that saw the return to form of <Hazza Kane> and <Sozza Heung-min>, who really came through.

<Harry Winks> was man of the match for me. What a bright prospect for <Spurs> and I hope Manager <Lake Ponchontrain> gives him more time on the pitch. In the first half he was just about the only bright spot.

<Truvus Buckol> I didn't know you liked 80s act like Fat Bob and the Cures? That's a gorgeous track and a gorgeous video, thanks- just beautiful: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZkJ...

Here is the most famous Fat Bob and the Cures track, but I still like listening to it. It's a "rare" extended version:

<Teem> Yes hat's off to our world champion who is proving a most worthy king. I was a little disappointed though that the one (1) question I asked on the WCC thread went unanswered: Carlsen - Karjakin World Championship (2016) (kibitz #3434)

You'd think our esteemed members would know the answer to this one.

Dec-01-16  Party Animal: Hey Jessica, Travis likes those good and morbid tunes.

Me personally I like more upbeat themes, ones that you can drink a bottle to & maybe roll 1, ya know what I mean? ; P

I like this rocker especially because it has the line,

"It's getting late have you seen my mates ma tell me when the boys get here It's seven o'clock and I want to rock want to get a belly full of beer.

My old man's drunker than a barrel full of monkeys And my old lady she don't care". ; P

Domdaniel: <Jeff> -- <<Dom> What is your ONION on FIDEL CASTOR? >

Well, lessee. We gotta take a step back here. Not to the <Baying of Peegs> or anything. Just a few weeks, to...

The death of Leonard Cohen, a Great Canadian. There are many Great Canadians, but the passing of Mr Cohen allows Jeffica to move up the GC rankings, maybe into the top ten.

Cohen wrote a poem called "The last tourist in Havana turns his thoughts homeward". In it he wrote something like: "Let us make the French speak English, not just in Quebec but everywhere". Clearly a GC.

He also wrote:
"Field Commander Cohen
Was our most important spy
Wounded in the line of duty
Urging Fidel Castro
To abandon field and castle..."

My spies in the *bureaucracy on the other side* tell me that Mr Cohen passed over, then crossed back to bring Senor Castro with him.
