jessicafischerqueen: Your over there regimen sounds salubrious! Interestingly, in Canada we save time by spelling "music and poker" as "moker." Initially we spelled it "poomus" but that sounded a little too declasse, even for us...

What's got into you? Sometimes I think you're playing too much comedy with that toy boy!

Never let anyone outside the forum know what you're thinking again!

Thanks so much for introducing me to that beautiful Russian folk music!

Isn't it a beautiful language? It sounds like music when people are just speaking Russian, let alone sing it.

jessicafischerqueen: <Tim> Do you mean Richard? He's not too much in to comedy the last two days because I've had him recording the narration for <The Loch Nehz> chess history video.

We made a deal: he's not allowed to leave the apartment till we are done, and I'm not allowed to say "But that's not how <Annie> is pronouncing it."

Without Government testing, my hands are tied.

ahhh ha ha you've been bitten by the <Caucho> bug eh?

Those country names are really interesting. For example what's up with this guy?

He registered one one day- and has never been seen since. He never kibbutzed, not once.

???

Jul-23-11  dakgootje: Perhaps he thought the site was so extremely awesome, he had a heart-attack :\

Seemed a bit rough and forceful in daily usage - even though I have heard it being described as 'romantic' as there apparently are half a dozen words for every emotion you could ever feel. Heh, it might become 'cute' some day ;)

Innarestingly, Estonian jumped from place-unknown to one of the top-spots in my unexisting favorite-language-list! It's just pure awesome. Thought it had the flow and ability of sounds cascading over each other of Spanish; while the vowels appear to be taken from Finnish. It's great :D

If only it was as useful as English or Spanish or Mandarin-Chinese -- and I'd start learning it this instant.

  jessicafischerqueen: <dak> welcome <bak>!

Did you go to the Moscow Chess club and demand to play <Mikhail Botvinnik>?

Jul-23-11  Thanh Phan: <jessicafischerqueen: ..Isn't it a beautiful language? It sounds like music when people are just speaking Russian, let alone sing it.> Love the language, wish sometimes English had certain words so their songs would blend with the right flow with Engsubs

Are glad you like the song :)

Jul-23-11  dakgootje: They told me he was busy playing Tal :(

Also, the silly people tried convincing me I should not be looking for the Moscow Chess Club in St Petersburg. I laughed in their faces as you might imagine.

2/3 of the country user names are like that. Very odd.

jessicafischerqueen: <Ohio> yes I looked through all the ones you guys posted here and at <caucho's> house too- and this last "corn."

It actually gave me a bit of a shiver to click on the "corn."

Have you heard of "electronic ghosts"?

It's actually a popular theme in horror films.

The best one I saw like that was called <Pulse>.
