jessicafischerqueen: Your over there regimen sounds salubrious! Interestingly, in Canada we save time by spelling "music and poker" as "moker." Initially we spelled it "poomus" but that sounded a little too declasse, even for us...

Sep-21-11  Hugin: What a beautiful place Burnaby looks like.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zo9N...

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Burnaby

Everything look normal on the surface...But that may be only illusional. Perhaps the citizens of Burnaby keeps a secret for the rest of the world. Perhaps they plans to conquer the world...Perhaps they attempted to melt the Canadian national symbol, the Igloo hiding behind the leaf on the Canadian flag?.

I call upon the members in Jessicas forum to uncover what the citizens of Burnaby tries to hide for the rest of us. Intel reports from the Mothership hovering over our heads, say Fischer made a secret trip to Burnaby before he became World Champ in chess....

Ok go ahead find out hehe...

Sep-21-11  Albertan: Hugin I prefer the "Meal Truth about Burnaby"

http://themealtruth.blogspot.com/20...

rather than the
"real truth". LOL

Sep-21-11  Hugin:

Ok thanks Albertan, but i doubt that will satisfy Jessicafischerqueen..hehe.

Sep-21-11  Hugin: As you see Albertan, they even trick people into town by serving em good food......There is something about the place hehe.

jessicafischerqueen: <Burnaby> well yes it's a great place, especially compared to Beirut or somewhere like that.

However, as a local, I can't stand the way it has changed into a pasteboard Yuppie cartoon of itself.

They tore down all of the interesting old houses and all of the interesting people moved to Commercial Drive, which is, oddly enough, much less commercial than any street in Burnaby.
