  WannaBe: RAAAAAAAAAAAA - DERS!
RAAAAAAAAAAAA - DERS!!

Gonna be rockin' like 1950s in Kansas City, Thursday, two ol' AFL foes that really don't like each other (much).

Oakland have already lost to Kansas City at home earlier in the season. If Oakland lose again, they'd lose the (head-to-head) tie-breaker.

Gonna be fun Thursday Night Football!!!

That must be a typo, there's no 1 <BILLION> users on yahoo. It's more like 10 people with duplicate accounts.

WannaBe: 11PM Eastern, W. Michigan at #2 Ucla (Pauley Pavilion). Wonder how much money is paid to WMU to come and visit SoCal, in December, away from the freezing cold and snow.

Maybe WMU should pay Ucla, instead. =))

Dec-31-16  NakoSonorense: Hey, <WB>! Looks like you decided to stick your your old avatar. You were considering changing it, right?

Anyway, I went down to the motherland a couple of weeks ago and brought back with me my old chess set. It's a small wooden set, but it does the job. I was going to purchase a set to take down to Santa Monica beach, but I haven't seen one that I like yet.

The last time I went I put on a beating on this guy called Jack. We have played a few times over the last couple of years, almost with mixed results. The last time, however, I put on such a beating that I actually felt bad. I think the score was 11-2, or somewhere in the ballpark. Usually he beats me or I beat him by no more than 2 games.

I finally went to check my PO Box and got your card. Thanks! Happy Holidays!

Let me know next time you're in LA so that we can play a couple of games and have a few beers.

On the other hands, how about US beating Canada to win their hockey group? =))

First time in a while USA has beaten Canada. :)

However, Canada's biggest loss wasn't the match itself, it was top defensemen Philippe Myers, who could miss the rest of the tournament due to a concussion.

I do think the US has a good chance to win it all, but let's see what happens.
