  ketchuplover: First and last!
Mar-08-11  Kazzak: Impressive run by Gajewski. Had played through his game against Kuznetsov previously, but hadn't really looked at any other games from him.

Congratulations.

Mar-08-11  beenthere240: I was following this tournament on Kevin Spraggett's blog. His draw against Tikkanen is amusing.

Penguincw: Congratulations to Grzegorz Gajewski for winning unshared first at the 27th Cappelle-la-Grande (2011).

Mar-09-11  cbpatzer: GM norm winners here http://reports.chessdom.com/news-20...
Mar-09-11  PhilFeeley: <beethere240> I was also following this live and on Kevin's blog. I was looking forward to a last round win, but was shocked to see a loss in 27 moves. I think from his comments, he was too!
Mar-09-11  beenthere240: I think the Tikkanen game took a lot out of Kevin. It was a huge battle. On the whole however, he had a great tournament. I find his blog instructive (both in terms of his posts and also in the way she shares other good chess blogs.) It's also a source of pretty outrageous cheesecake from time to time.
