  wwall: Perhaps 17.Rc1 Nxe3 (17...Bb4+ 18.Kd1) 18.Qxe3 Ba3 19.Kd1. Does White hold?

After 19...Bc5, Black threatens 20...Qxe3 mate. If 20.Qxd5+ Ke7. If 20.Bd3 Rf8+ 21.Kg3 Qe5+ 22.Kh4 Qg5 mate.

Oct-16-05  Poisonpawns: A Nice game for the opening of the day.Larsen plays a beautiful attack here
Oct-16-05  tolow4y: develop at all costs. this game smells of morphy.
Jan-11-07  sfm: <Perhaps 17.Rc1 Nxe3 (17...Bb4+ 18.Kd1) 18.Qxe3 Ba3> But Black can play 18.-,d4 19.Qf4,Bd6 20.Qd2,Bb4 21.c3,Bxc3 22.Rxc3,Qxc3. As Na8 will not escape, Black is effectively a full piece ahead.
Sep-05-08  holy tramp: Why not Qxd5+, then Bd3 to block and protect the R at A1?

  Phony Benoni: <holy tramp> Black's attack crashes through after 20.Qxd5+ Ke7! 21.Bd3 Rf8+ 22.Kg3 (22.Ke2 Bg4#) Bd6+ 23.Kh4 Qf6+.
Jan-07-11  holytramp: <Phony Benoni> A belated thanks for your response- quite right and I appreciate it. Am back on chessgames and not too proud to continue firing neophyte questions!
