Feb-19-07  Knight13: Ignoring me is unnecessary. After today you won't see me again for another few months... The school's gonna throw me more stuff... And I can't get into UPenn because I'm going to Johns Hopkins... I had ONE DAY (today) to actually do something on Chessgames.com and the Mr. CensorNOW have to crawl out of the hole and pull me in. Man, I wish Adolf Hitler was here.

jessicafischerqueen: <Knight> maybe he's not ignoring you. Sorry to hear you are leaving, you are very funny.
Feb-19-07  AgentRgent: <Man, I wish Adolf Hitler was here.> LOL that has GOT to be the first time in history that's been said!
Feb-19-07  grebenarov: <jessicafischerqueen> which website do you bet at?

Domdaniel: White rook moves away, say 32.Rxg5, then ...Rc3 is very strong. So Carlsen won't play 32.Rxg5 and this is irrelevant...
Feb-19-07  Eyal: Looks like Carlsen really missed here 27.gxf4 gxf4 28.exf4 Rd2 29.Bg6! and Black doesn't have more than a draw with perpetual.

jessicafischerqueen: <Eyal> do you have a <Fritz> eval on the current position?
Feb-19-07  Eyal: <jess> In the -1.35 area.
Feb-19-07  Wild Bill: Fritz recommends <32. Rxg5>

Domdaniel: <AgentRgent> Too, too true. I can't even imagine Goebbels saying it on a night out in Paris.
Feb-19-07  grebenarov: where can i bet on chess anybody?
Feb-19-07  Knight13: Okay, so we have the haystack. Got an idea what the needle might look like?
Feb-19-07  Eyal: <White rook moves away, say 32.Rxg5, then ...Rc3 is very strong.> Rb1 even stronger.
Feb-19-07  technical draw: <grebenarov> Do you mean real money?
Feb-19-07  Marmot PFL: White desparately gives up some pawns in search of counterplay.
Feb-19-07  Knight13: Kill the messenger...
Feb-19-07  grebenarov: <technical draw: <grebenarov> Do you mean real money?> yes, do you know a good website for that?

chrisowen: Ol King Nat ringing the bells of war - Carlsen's almost buried
Feb-19-07  Wild Bill: Fritz (I'm a cheepo, so I'm talking about Frtz Freeware) definited did not like White's <34. e4>.
Feb-19-07  Gregor Samsa Mendel: Anand is squeezing like a python.
Feb-19-07  Eyal: Carlsen is lost now.

tamar: 35 Kd2 reminds me of the Titanic just before it sank. Anand just took over.

Domdaniel: Now the black king gets out, all the black pawns can be held, and white is slowly squeezed to death -- no more counterplay, no drawing tricks. Looks like a technical win for Anand after Rb1.

jessicafischerqueen: <greb> I didn't even bet chessbucks, I meant betting in <YouRang's> prediction contest

<Eyal> Ta for the evaluation-- and <Anand> has it now? For reals?

Feb-19-07  Knight13: H.G. Wells' War of the Worlds was a good book. That guy's the true master at using big words that Hammurabi would've appreciated.
