International Master and FIDE Trainer Kaiqi Yang signed on to the Toronto Dragons(1) team, which includes Nikolay Noritsyn, Gergely Szabo, Arthur Calugar, Michael Song, Shiyam Thavandiran, Raja Panjwani, Razvan Preotu as well as free-agents Bator Sambuev and Thomas Roussel-Roozmon (they do not live close enough to Toronto's suburban area) for play after 2016.
