Kibitzer's Corner
Feb-12-13  Nightsurfer: Who is - or, better to say, who has been ... - the notorious Howard Staunton?! All right, the flamboyant Howard Staunton was the unofficial World Champion of Chess between 1843 and 1851 (source: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Howard...), but that is nothing against the series of triumphs by <Francis Bowers>: That lad from <Peterborough, Cambridgeshire> who runs a Chess Suppliers Business over there in Merry Old England is the seven times (!) World Champion of Chess ... that is to say: in <Circular> (!!!) Chess!

<Francis Bowers> has won his first title in 1997. For those who want to know more about <Circular> Chess: just turn to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Circul... !

Feb-13-13  Nightsurfer: ... BTW, our 7-times-World Champion of Circular Chess <Francis Bowers> has got a spirit brother, namely that congenial David Howell who has won the World Championship of <Circular> Chess in 2002.
