  perfidious: From our one encounter in the first round of the under-2400 section at New York 1987, I should hardly have thought of him as Tal-like.

Ljubi played a dodgy Slav as Black, getting an inferior middlegame and lost ending before I was kind enough to throw it all away. It remains one of my less pleasant memories at the chessboard to this day.
