Jan-01-24  Messiah: I can't comment on CG.com Masters vs. Machines Invitational (2007).
Jan-01-24  stone free or die: <<CIO> Thank you, CG!> ditto dat.

<Messiah: I can't comment on CG.com Masters vs. Machines Invitational (2007).>

Me neither - so I think it's not just you, but everyone. It's not a fully promoted tournament in <CG>-land.

Jan-02-24  Messiah: The DING DONG - Bill WCC match is missing from History of the World Chess Championship. Lame.
Jan-02-24  Messiah: Just reported a <TRIPLE> (!!!) duplication (multiplication?) of the exact same kibitz. I know you will not do anything, just saying that once you b& me for 72 hours when I inadvertently duplicated one of my posts, that was glaringly obvious that I did not do with any kind of harmful intention, just misclicked and thought my post was not accepted by the system, so resubmitted.

The current report is about posts that are willfully the exact same ones from the exact same user, posted in a quick succession to three separate games.

Now go and grow a brain.

Jan-03-24  stone free or die: <<Teyss> Now let's forget about this because gens una sumus.>

A worthy goal.

And apologies to <Sokrates> for my misspelling of his name.

User: Sokrates

Happy New Year to him and others here on <CG>.

And apologies to <Sokrates> for my misspelling of his name.>

That's perfectly allright, <stone->. I too noticed that <fredthebear> has adapted the icon of my former alias Sokrates, but since I changed the alias myself, it doesn't bother me. It is, btw, the first time since that change that I visit this forum. Having seen what it going on here, I'd better return and stick to the chess-pages :-) Thanks for chivalry.

Jan-05-24  stone free or die: <Atterdag> thanks for your post.

Often it's necessary to deal with <Fred> with one's tongue firmly in one's cheek, if you know what I mean.

My general view, being serious, is that once an icon is returned to the heap it's free for anyone to grab.

Though (being slightly unserious) seeing <Fred> using your old icon is as disconcerting as seeing <Tab> using <TheFocus>'s old icon!

Stonehenge: Tata Steel Masters (2024) and Tata Steel Challengers (2024) should be on the home page.

Why are there dead links for certain years?

<[1979]> -- huh?! An entire year!

  fredthebear: Where is the place???

Where???

You don't want to serve the public properly.

When will something be done???

<Jan-06-24 Messiah: <fredthebear> we got censored. The real violators are raging wild undisturbed.>

Messiah tells the truth. Why is he being sensored?

Why is z free legend / stone free or die allowed to litter this forum will all kinds of attacks against us? Z spits out my name all over and you don't tell Z to SHUT UP. chessgames.com chessforum (kibitz #41274)

It's a DOUBLE STANDARD that is so UNFAIR.

  Zanzibar's trolling NEVER stops.

<Jan-06-24 Zoo Boo Bear: Nobody's interested in your sex life. Good bears are too discreet to even mention the subject. Studying any good player should improve one's game, lots to pick from. Picking an active modern player will help you with openings that are currently fashionable.>

We all know that the Zoo Boo Bear fully intends to harass Fredthebear non-stop. In accountability and fairness, the trouble making Zoo Boo Bear account should be immediately eliminated from use and put an end to this trolling non-sense.

Jan-06-24  Messiah: <fredthebear> hereby I am informing you that on Recent Chessforum Activity it is visible that there is activity on your forum, but nothing is visible there, it is like there is no forum whatsoever. I don't know if I am the only one restricted to see it, just wanted to inform you.

  fredthebear: Booooo!

Every regular knows who Zoo Boo Bear is. Please don't go living a lie as if it's "someone new." That would be a new CGs low.

The Zoo Boo Bear account fully intends and already has harassed Fred The Bear. Any account designed for the purpose of harassing another is a troll, guideline violation #6.

Fred The Bear will NEVER "let it be" because it is WRONG of CGs to sponsor this blatant HARASSMENT.

It is what it is!

Stop harassing FTB!

Susan Freeman: <Benzol> You are right. I stand corrected
Jan-08-24  stone free or die: Speaking of harassment - I'd like to note that <fredthebear> is still using his collections to post erroneous information while running down good members of the <CG> community:

Game Collection: Mating Patterns by Funology & FTB Back 7loz

He clearly can't comprehend that you don't have to be the first to play a mate to be the first to name the pattern.

It's unfortunate to see <CG> used as a source of "fake news".
