  Fusilli: Pretty even 14-player round-robin. The winners ended up with just +2. At the bottom of the table, it's just -3.

Examples of the opposite kind of tournament, with 14 players and the top player scoring +9: Buenos Aires (Clarin) (1979), Linares (1994).
