The thing is Sugarplum. They do take me seriously 😃

You don't have the intelligence, wit or charm that I can put on when need be. I made mistakes but I'm a bright boy and I can see that the decent folk around here know full well that you resorted to going through god knows how many facebook posts of mine to come back here and mock a dead man. And those people will pay you no mind now because who wants to talk to someone who's vocabulary is limited to calling another man gay and asking how a dead guy is! Looooooool I'm hardly as risk of being bludgeoned to death by your sharp wit am I now? 😄😄😄.

Dec-17-13  MarkFinan: Petrosianic. There's no way that obtaining money fraudulently is a civil matter. No matter what country you come from. If you ever get in trouble don't be ringing that lawyer because he doesn't know what he's talking about. This isn't like maxing out a credit card knowing that a) You can't and won't pay, and b) worst that can happen is some county court judgement and a few threatening letters!

It is a criminal offence whichever way you look at it, but it hardly warrants a jail sentence like some here are calling for.

Dec-17-13  SugarDom: Im still waiting for cg to talk to user x. Oh wait. They dont entertain frivolous claims from a junkie. Delete delete. Your posts that is. ivanovsque

=== To be continued ===

Dec-17-13  Sabrina Micetta: === Part 3 (final) ===

...

Caro Signor Danailov

Dec-18-13  whiteshark: "<FIDE's position in respect of the Ivanov case> Wednesday, 18 December 2013 12:10

FIDE is closely following the developments of the story with regards to the Bulgarian chess player Borislav Ivanov.

We are in receipt of several inquiries and proposals in respect of this issue, with ACP proposing some serious steps. (Y. Garrett letter)

ACP representatives joined FIDE in a Committee which is now preparing a whole system of measures against all kinds of cheating. The Committee will present a proposal to FIDE's Anti-Cheating Commission for the approval of the 2014 FIDE General Assembly to take immediate effect.

FIDE is aware of the damage caused by this unfortunate incident and is seriously considering various proposals.

However, FIDE has not received any official communication from the Bulgarian Federation in this respect and this is the second incident involving the same player from this Federation.

Having in mind all legal aspects of any action against Mr. Ivanov, FIDE is going to bring this case before the FIDE Ethics Commission, for their follow up and decision."

Dec-19-13  csmath: In short, Ken Reagan considers Zadar tournament games of Ivanov most likely cheaing. Well, we already know that. As a chess professional that I used to be I smelled a rat immediately after analizing those games.

Either that or Ivanov is a new (and better than) Carlsen which I doubt very much given his regular performance on the tournaments when he has serious problems playing sub-2000 players.

<csmath> And don't forget the most important point. (Everywhere the engines have struggled, so has Ivanov. He failed to make a draw in a very simple endgame ... only because he had to have been short of time.)

The odds of anyone playing 30+ moves identical to ANY engine have got to be more than many millions-to-one.

LIFE Master AJ: Of course, there are lots of people like Ivanov. (They use a computer to play chess.)

The sad part is that some of these people are greatly deluded. Ivanov seems to believe he is a really good chess player and that he is being unjustly restrained from reaching that goal.

Dec-19-13  Jim Bartle: <LMAJ><The odds of anyone playing 30+ moves identical to ANY engine have got to be more than many millions-to-one.>

This is certainly true playing against strong opposition. But I think a master-level player playing against a 1500 player would often play many consecutive best computer moves, since they may not be hard to find.

Dec-19-13  MarkFinan: <Ivanov seems to believe he is a really good chess player and that he is being unjustly restrained from reaching that goal.>

Really? So you know him then? Personaly I think he was out to make a few quid, but it's still better than some tinpot nobody "master" calling his tournament games........ a career!
