Kibitzer's Corner
Aug-24-10  zluria: This lady is probably the weakest player to have games in the DB.
Aug-24-10  vonKrolock: Wait, possibly just an untemely start in a strong event.

Reti, in Vienna 1908 scored 1,5/19, but later improved to become one of the greatest players

<the weakest player> maybe is always the great Colonel Moreau

Aug-24-10  asianwarrior: <zluria> You might be right for the meantime, but because her games were played in 2010, means that we will see more of her games in the future.

Farah Qasqas, for example. She compiled an 0-5 record against 1500s and 1600s. And I'm sure there are even weaker players in the database - say, the kid who finished last in a Girls' Under-8 tournament. If you count people with just one game in the database, there's folks like Howery Pack, today a respected journalist, who is remembered in the chess world for this immortal game: E Schiller vs H Pack, 1969.
Aug-06-13  GumboGambit: For heavens sake cut her some slack. She was just 16-17 when she played these games. Not every teenaged player is prodigy.
Feb-02-25  whiteshark: Maybe <Pearl's a singer ♫>https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nXi...
