Grandmaster (2017); World U16 Champion (2016); Armenian Champion (2018)

Martirosyan was awarded the title of FIDE Master after winning the 2011 European U12 Championship. He was =2nd (3rd (bronze) on tiebreak behind Roven Vogel and Luca Moroni Jr respectively) at the World U16 championship 2015 that was held in Halkidiki in November. He scored 6.5/9 on Armenia's top board at the 2016 WYCO(1) and won the 2016 WYCC U16 section(3) with a score of 9/11.
