May-21-21  Nosnibor: Videki suffered a disaster in the 1988 Kecskemet event scoring one point out of twelve games. The three Brits did well. Final scores were 1 Bischoff 8 (took first place on tie break ), 2 Hodgson 8, 3 Hertneck 7, 4 Watson 7, 5 King 7, 6 Yrjola 6.5, 7 Bonsch 6, 8 Lukacs 6, 9 Tolnai 5.5, 10 Groszpeter 5.5, 11 Klundt 5.5, 12 Karolyi 5, 13 Videki, 1. Hodgson scored a nice win against Videki in 25 moves using his favourite weapon the Trompowsky Attack.
