Dec-07-17  PhilFeeley: This game is missing here. I guess Bulgaria is not on the fast track list for getting its games onto CG.com:

Vorobyrov, Y. 2247 - Drenchev, P. 2450
7th Open La Fere, FRA (5) 8/7/2008:

1. d4 Nf6 2. Nf3 e6 3. e3 g6 4. Bd3 Bg7 5. 0-0 0-0 6. e4 d6 7. c3 Nc6 8. Nbd2 e5 9. dxe5 dxe5 10. Nc4 Nh6 11. Bg5 f6 12. Be3 Be6 13. g3 Rf7 14. Be2 Rd7 15. Qc2 Bf8 16. Rfd1 Ng7 17. Rxd7 Qxd7 18. On the other hand, this game was played in France, so I don't know why it's not here. Nigel Davies covers it on his DVD "1...e6 A Solid Repertoire against 1.d4 and 1.e4".

I find it an odd setup, with black having e6, Nf6 and g6 on the first 3 moves. It only occurs 20 times in CG.com's database, so I guess it may not be very sound. Black handles it well here, though. There's also this game: J M Mabusela vs C Bauer, 2012
