Dusan Rajkovic was born in Krusevac, Yugoslavia. Awarded the IM title in 1974 and the GM title in 1977, he was Yugoslav Champion in 1983. He came 1st at two tournaments in Smederevska Palanka, sharing the prize with Slobodan Martinovic in 1977 and winning outright in 1979. At Vrsac in 1979 he came 2nd to Michael Francis Stean. Rajkovic became a FIDE Trainer in 2005.
