  LRLeighton: Hello to whomever is handling this at CG. I'd like to suggest that two additional columns be added to the game database: (1) A column indicating that the game can be played using GTM. (2) A column indicating the type of game -- classical, rapid etc. It's rather frustrating to have to go back and forth between the individual game pages and the database repeatedly, just to be able to check this.

Thanks!

That's his actual size. He is playing on a pocket chess set.

You do know it's the <Kan> Sicilian? (Not the <Can> Sicilian)

The dollar store has glasses:

  MissScarlett: Still need a volunteer to take on <PB>'s <GOTD> archives:

<MissScarlett> does this mean now I don't have to deliver a "knee trembler" to get my pun submission published?

Not complaining or anything, but one likes to prepare for these occasions..

<MissScarlett>

Are you suggesting I give myself a knee trembler as the price to publish my pun?

I'm not against your new scheme on principle, but I'm just wondering how one might negotiate the logistics...

<MissScarlett> if you mean to invite nok to assume the role, I would advise explaining to him just how to give himself a knee trembler.

As a potential buyer for <cg>? Is the site still up for sale? Seems to me you've been a bit vague / cagey on the matter.

  Susan Freeman: <Miss> I think I have been very transparent re the sale that fell through.

There are always NDAs which prevent me, or anyone from revealing.

Having said that, no, there are no nibbles. I do NOT want CG cannibalized by a more commercial competitor.

Thank you <Jess> for explaining knee trembler. When my husband was stationed in England, I believe he called them wall jobs.

Then the sinner would go to Sunday mass. :)
