Apr-06-23  Messiah: For completeness, and sorry for the billions of separate posts: in that page you should enter exactly the following string into the 'command line' section:

-rze 's/\n/ /g' -e 's/\s+/ /g' -e 's/\. /./g'

and the game score goes into the STDIN.

Technically not a programmer, but a cybersecurity architect. I try to do as little programming as possible, as I don't like it that much.

MissScarlett: Recent round updates to the Chessable Masters have not been ascribing the game type as RAPID. Tournaments' end will be the time to reassign the relevant games as ARMAGEDDON.

We need a games' manager to be constantly on top of these things. We need an <AnnieK>-like figure.

MissScarlett: Let's get a page up for Game 1 sooner rather than later. Is a live broadcast planned? Have we got Duda on commentary?
Apr-08-23  stone free or die: Should the <Move Prediction> be open to all?

It's a <CG> tradition, has it ever been the case that general <CG> users have been excluded from it before?

.

Apr-08-23  Chesschronicle22: Oh, and happy Easter everyone!
Hope everyone is doing well :)
There should be many events for Easter at my place, but the most important one is probably the "AC" one (Animal Crossing) :) just so you know, its 6:13 am 8 April at my place Oh and For Mods, Admins, and editors, special thanks. We apriciate your hard work to help keep this site standing.

Apr-09-23  stone free or die: I do expect an answer from the admins about this - the move prediction contest was a time honored tradition on <CG> iirc.

Dionysius1: That good looking "review game" function on the live game. What's it for? I've had a complaint that I'm using it wrongly.

April 9th Sally Simpson: Hi Dionysius1

<I like the "review game" button top right. You can step out of the live mode and make suggestions on the board for SF to analyze.> I wish you would stop doing that. The moves you are suggesting are appearing on this screen and we are getting confused.

Dionysius1: Really. I'll stop it immediately. What's the review game function for then?
