  jessicafischerqueen: Thanh Phan chào bạn!

Greetings and to sisters too- thanks for the latest music link, and Korean recipes! I love bulgogi sauce on anything. I can't make it, but I know how to make bibimbap. I do it "Cajun style" with plenty of extra go-chu.

jessicafischerqueen: <MannBee> sounds excellent! I'm getting my very own credit card soon, so it'll be an honor to spend the first several thousand on your investment advice.

I didn't get where I am today by not taking investment advice from people I met on the internet.

jessicafischerqueen: <Howard> I just moved this over from your forum because I realized your forum is on the Sticky.

<H> at the risk of ruining everyone else's day (again), what, exactly, is the point of the current Centaur Challenge? <RandomVisitor: <Zsoydd><Are we allowed to deviate from the Rybka guideline at all?>Yes, but your proposed move must be better :)>

Since the team has left the opening stage, has any move been chosen that was not "RV's" choice?

I put "his" name in quotations because "he," of course, doesn't actually choose anything. He simply runs a computer program.

I probably wouldn't have posted this if "RV" hadn't included that insipid smiley face icon at the end of his post.

The inclusion of that insipid (in this case) punctuation leads me to believe that "RV" actually shares my opinion that there probably isn't any point at all to this game.

From a chess competition perspective, I mean.
I can see folks are having a grand time analyzing together, I think that's excellent.

But in terms of an actual "chess game"... is that actually happening, or not?

I need your informed opinion because mine, as usual, is uninformed.

jessicafischerqueen: <H> ok and I just reconfigured my forum to be invisible to the opponent and to the chessforum activity page.

Neither Mr. JFQ nor I has ever been in favor of leaking state secrets to the Soviet Union.

Oct-15-11  Travis Bickle: Hey Jess I happened to see on PGP's page that Leonard Nimoy link with him singing 'The Legend Of Bilbo Baggins', LOL!!! What the hell is that and where did you find it? ; P

UNCUT - FULL - Ballad of Bilbo Baggins - Leonard Nimoy

Actually <pgp> was the one who discovered this forgotten gem, but the link got malformed somehow when he posted it, so I just reposted.
