I have indeed seen all three seasons of "Frsbyldyforlsdlcyn," the Danish series the "Killing" is based on.

It is indeed superb, particularly the main character played by <Sophie Grabol>.

Did you notice that <Sophie Grabol> makes a cameo appearance in one of the episodes of the US version of "The Killing"?

I have also been watching <Penny Dreadful>, which gets full points for cinematography and bizarre content, but is badly in need of a "story editor."

Jun-20-14  crawfb5: <The gritty and well-acted TV series "The Killing" is set "in Seattle" but in fact it's shot in Vancouver.>

The BBC Worldwide production "Orphan Black" is both shot and set in Toronto, although they take no special pains to emphasize it, preferring to let it seem somewhat generic in location.

Great track, thank you- and here is another track written by <David Bowie>, but covered by Nirvana on their great DVD "Live and Loud":

I know you don't require the Spanish subs, but I thought I'd include them as a tribute to the fine kingdom of Puerto Rico.

That's a good choice then, because Toronto is as generic as a big "24 pack" of Kraft Velveeta Cheese Slices.

It even looks like a pack of cheese slices wrapped in plastic.

I think they should cover Toronto in a giant bag and let it compost.

Thanks so much for that BRILLIANT article comparing the search engines.

<but is badly in need of a "story editor."> Feasting on Eva Green's mysticism washes all the flaws of the show.

Yes Eva Green is phenomenal, agreed.

I read an interview with <Sophie Grabol> in which she insisted that her character could "beat up" Wallander.

heh

Well done. It appears that you have corroborated <OhioPompatusFan's> account, almost word for word:

I'm afraid <Ohio> wins the burrito this go round, because he was able to pull the answer right out of his head.

Yeah. It's getting harder to slam the Brits. They don't paint themselves blue anymore...except at football matches.

Wilco, from <Mobile Alabama>!

I believe that's close to <Ohio's> house? It's been a long while since I looked at a map of the Excited States.

http://youtu.be/7I79m7_kAnA

What a great track. Are they really popular? Do they have a giant audience?

I'm no U2 hater that's for sure, but it seems to me that <Wilco> is a better band.

Maybe better than any band except The Beatles and Genesis. heh

Full of soul and interesting lyrics.

ZZ Top with a love song!

I like this quite a bit, and also from the deep south. Are you having a "Deep South" special this week?

Hmm I'm not sure where ZZ Top are from actually.

QUESTION: Why doesn't the middle guy have a long beard? Maybe he couldn't afford one.

Here is my "musical reply" to your thank you:

Jess ZZ Top has always been called "that little ole band from Texas"... ; P

I don't know why only 2 of the three members of ZZ Top have beards... lol

Here's a great performance from Eric Clapton's Crossroads charity concert at Toyota Park in 2010 a few miles from my house. Chicago actor Bill Murray the MC announces the band!
