Dec-05-14  Alien Math: According to GMAC (Graduate Management Admission Council), Asia students spend an average of 151 hours in test preparation; U.S. students average 64 hours. http://online.wsj.com/articles/on-b...

Seem about average for study time, wonder if your have similar results?

Dec-09-14  Thanh Phan: I remember study time as the only times our parents would relieve us from chores to allow more study time, allowing us to have a friend visit only if they were studying the same subject we were, and having light meals brought to a table near us to prevent from interrupting our study time,

so we could perform well on tests compared to others,

Some families who could afford it would hire study guides or tutors for each subject that had a test within a week or two

  jessicafischerqueen:

<Travis> Merry Christmas to you too! Thanks for that excellent CHARLIE BROWN soundtrack. It really is great.

I showed the whole Charlie Brown Christmas Special. to my students, but I cut in a scene of a horrifying ghost in the middle. They almost died.

Hey it's not my fault if I like to bring my horror movie addiction to work.

On other news, here is the equally fine "It's a Charlie Brown Kwanza":
