<User Wins Pounds> I did indeed notice Bravo is off to Man City, where he'll be playing backup to <Gay Caballero?> Or will he be number one? So I guest <Testosterone Hagen> will be Barca number one? Well I saw the fans sending off <Hart> during the second leg of <Man City beats the hell out of Steaueauau> UCL qualifier. They cheered every single time he touched the ball and they had all kinds of banners and such in the crowd. On other news, I see what you mean about <Stones>. I've watched all of the games in full for the first two weeks, so I saw him play, not just on highlights. He made a few really bad passes, one of which almost ended up in a goal against, but his pluses outweigh this inexperience. I saw him make a perfectly timed diving block in the box to save a sure goal, for starters. I also noticed how good he is at creating a "return option" when passing inside his own half. I know that all backs are trained to run to a clear space after passing in their own half, to give an "emergency pass back option" but <Stones> does this more regularly, more intelligently, and with more alacrity than most. He does it so smartly that at first I thought "what the hell is he doing sprinting off in the opposite direction" until I realized what he was doing. lol contrast <Stones> doing this with <David Luiz>, the laziest player in history. <David Luiz> passes inside his own half and then just stands there with hs thumb up his arse. Sometimes he even whips out his phone and starts taking photos of pretty girls in the crowd. I saw <David Luiz> give up more than a few goals with such laziness and last year he was even benched for it. You were also right about <Ibra>. He's monstrous, and in monstrous form. I'd say that any club that has him automatically has a chance to win a championship. <"Peppy" Guardiola> looks a perfect fit to ManCity and I find it difficult to believe anyone can stop them from winning the Premier Championship this year. Their bench is so deep... and <Kompany> still to come back. And this <Nolito> would be a star on any other club but I wonder how they'll make room for him on the first squad if everyone else is healthy? |

<Teem> thanks for leading the limerick contest brah! It brought back fond memories of when me and <Dom> held a "dirty limerick" contest in his forum, with the aim of finding out if cg.com is in fact administered or not. Turned out it was.
They froze <Dom's> forum and forced him to go back to the very beginning and delete every single bawdy post. Since his forum was 5000 pages long, it took him over a week. lol poor <Dom>... |

| Aug-30-16 | | User not found: Great to see you here <Posoo>. I hear OCF is a big fan of yours and he welcomes you to his gambling forum... he's a Christian. Yes Jeff. Hart has departed and look where he's ended up at? Torino, Italy's Burnley, lol. And Rooney's announced his retirement from international football... After the 2018 WC! He may as well just go now because if we can't win anything with a 22 yr old Rooney we certainly won't once he's 32. And it really annoys me he'll reach about 150 caps which will probably never be broken, certainly not in my lifetime anyways. <lol contrast <Stones> doing this with <David Luiz>, the laziest player in history.<David Luiz> passes inside his own half and then just stands there with hs thumb up his arse.> This is all true and typical of Brazilian football in this day and age. Although be careful calling him crap or you could end up with 4 years of unwanted attention from a lunatic. <Sometimes he even whips out his phone and starts taking photos of pretty girls in the crowd.> He looks like Sideshow Bob from The Simpson's or whatever it's called, lol. He's probably got a decent girl though.. 100k a week footballers tend to get nice chicks! That's bizarre behaviour though.. He takes photos of chicks in the crowd? <I saw <David Luiz> give up more than a few goals with such laziness and last year he was even benched for it.> He was getting splinters in his backside at Chelsea where Mourinhio pulled off his finest ever transfer... Sold him for 50 million to PSG 👏👏👏👏 <You were also right about <Ibra>. He's monstrous, and in monstrous form. I'd say that any club that has him automatically has a chance to win a championship.<"Peppy" Guardiola> looks a perfect fit to ManCity and I find it difficult to believe anyone can stop them from winning the Premier Championship this year.> Everywhere Ibrahimovic has gone he's won a title and he's played for.... 8,9 top clubs? I can't see that changing this season unless De Bruyne plays like Messi for City. <Their bench is so deep... and <Kompany> still to come back. And this <Nolito>> He used to play for the So page, haha :) |
|
| Aug-30-16 | | Boomie: <OhioChessFan: Hmmmmmm. Purcell and Bach.> Warmer.
Funny that Ludwig Van would rate the High Baroque above his contemporaries. When Mozart wrote a fugue, he said it was the hardest thing he ever did and it still wasn't very good. Perhaps the degree of difficulty factors in. Both Mozart and Haydn encouraged Beethoven and helped his career. Haydn was one of the nicest men in the history of music, in my opinion. |
