jessicafischerqueen: <fab> well if you actually care that people put you on ignore, I have a Protip for you- See your last post there to <Kolyas>?

It's a little sarcastic, and you don't know this guy right?

Maybe lighten up a little on that kind of comment, if you want to be on fewer ignore lists.

However, it's NONE OF MY BUSINESS, I have zero problem with your style.

But since you mentioned it, I give you my 2 cents.

I don't necessarily disagree with you about "numpties." I think you can easily find a numpty or three on every single thread at the website.

As for <Ray Keene>, I have no idea about him. He's one of the only legendary grandmasters who actively posts at this website, so I think most give him a gigantic benefit of the doubt.

I never had any success communicating with the GMs at this site either.

Probably because I'm too rude and sarcastic.

Seriously though I do understand your frustration on this one.

Once a person gets past a certain point in fame, they tend to do odd things, such as convert their forum to a long list of their own achievements, and stop listening to anything they might find even vaguely critical of themselves.

<Ray's> hardly alone on this one.

I believe <Eminem's> Profile and Player Page look quite similar.

It seems like I rubbed old <fab4> the wrong way by criticizing <lamont> on another page. Some people cannot take a little jest. And I even offered to shake and forget it.

And, I would think that almost ALL of the GMs I mentioned are "famous". At least, I am correct about the fathers and sons (and a couple of daughters).

There is just no teaching some people.

jessicafischerqueen: <Kolyas> yes, but to be fair, the actual offspring in your list are by no means famous chess masters.

<fab> may be a little testy, but he's a mate of mine. You are welcome to post here any time, but please remember there'll be no actual fighting in here.

This forum is my "virtual apartment" and we don't want any of the furniture broken.

Aug-18-11  Kolyas: <JFQ> I would never insult your Forum by fighting here. And furniture is expensive.

On the Fischer page, I am afraid <fab4> is convinced I am someone by the name of Mark Finan.

I am not this person.

Alexandra Kosteniuk seems very smart in the Business and Promoting area for chess and the internet ~

Think if you keep her name listed as source she wouldn't mind, if still worried you could message and ask on her YouTube page http://www.youtube.com/user/ChessQu...

The power loss was from paying the hospital bill and the medicine after I was sick, and not having enough for the entire electric bill, Went to other house until that was paid.

Aug-19-11  Thanh Phan: <jessicafischerqueen> Have found where Alexandra Kosteniuk's "TM" or ® symbol on her YouTube page is from ~ How I became the Chess Queen ® http://chessqueen.com/how-i-became-...

Also of note she asks ~ Please send me translations of “Chess Queen” in more languages! at chessqueen@me.com ~ A good many number of languages are represented on her page

Aug-20-11  fab4: Jess, any GM on this site is welcome. And revered.

A GM who has'nt played for decades ..and even when he did ? .. I see him more into publishing than playing chess. Or self publishing . Either way, the Penguin is a survivor!

And yes. As regards ego and vanity certain GM's or posters do like to see their egos accentuated on this site lol ..

As regards your furniture.. I will never seek to move or push anything, anywhere.. Or indeed change anything..It's just fine where it is!

It's idyllic.
