Behold the fiery disk of Ra!

Started with tournaments right after the first Fischer-Spassky set-to, but have long since given up active play in favour of poker.

In my chess playing days, one of the most memorable moments was playing fourth board on the team that won the National High School championship at Cleveland, 1977. Another which stands out was having the pleasure of playing a series of rapid games with Mikhail Tal on his first visit to the USA in 1988. Even after facing a number of titled players, including Teimour Radjabov when he first became a GM (he still gave me a beating), these are things which I'll not forget.

Fischer at his zenith was the greatest of all champions for me, but has never been one of my favourite players. In that number may be included Emanuel Lasker, Bronstein, Korchnoi, Larsen, Speelman, Romanishin, Nakamura and Carlsen, all of whom have displayed outstanding fighting qualities.

Besides sitting across the board from Tal, I have a Lasker number of three and twos for world champions from Capablanca through Carlsen.

Dec-07-20  rbhgroup: wtpy... Let me improve my phrasing then.. based on the actual voting results reported by the swing states, Biden did not win a fair election. This is not a prediction, it is not a poll. Again, only based on the the actual results, which have been analyzed mathmatically. If you care to, you can use your favorite search engine to learn more.
Dec-07-20  rbhgroup: perfidious, I think most of the litigation to date is simply groundwork for a trip to the Supreme Court... that will end it all, except for a few minor charges here and there, I suspect...
Dec-07-20  realdumptrump: <<r> Haha... I see the comments are rolling in...>

What a reveal, one comment from <saff> != "comments are rolling in".

Strongly suggestive of a wot poster.

Dec-07-20  rbhgroup: that was meant to be funny.... by the way, what is a "wot poster"?
Dec-07-20  realdumptrump: wot = not putting links backing up your assertions of election fraud implicit in #5.

It's not even worth the time to discuss.

Dec-07-20  rbhgroup: oh... like links to CNN or something like that? if I thought you actually cared, I would...
Dec-07-20  realdumptrump: OK, let's all defer expert authority on each and every assertion / speculation.

Kaplunk.

Dec-07-20  rbhgroup: looks to me like that already is the norm.. much of this discussion seems to be hate speech about Trump .. or just uninformed opinion... does a link to CNN or Salon change that? not really...

the expert authoritiy is out there.. if you care to find it... but you don't, do you...

I did. I can't find it anywhere. Anywhere outside the wacko rightwing blogosphere, that is.

You can't find it, <rbh>, because it does not exist.

Dec-07-20  rbhgroup: perfidious.. what did you want Trump to do to stop the rioting?

saffuna: <Trump's team has submitted evidence in various court cases around the country. Just Google it... >

No, it is not submitting evidence that has any weight. That's why judges keep throwing cases out, often with caustic comments.

When asked directly by judges, Trump's lawyers say they are not claiming there was fraud.

<comment 3 - you know little or nothing about statistical analysis or elections... there are some very unusual results in this election... mathmatically impossible essentially, without cheating of some sort>

That is simply not true. You cannot present anything claiming it was mathematically impossible. The only thing out of the ordinary that happened is that Trump jumped ahead in some states, then Biden caught up the next day or next two days.

And that is simple to explain, in fact was predicted beforehand. Trump voters tended to vote in person on election day, votes counted that day. Biden voters tended to vote by mail, votes that were usually counted after the in-person votes.

c<omment 5 - it did happen... it was documented by the states themselves..>

It did not happen. If it had, you would be posting evidence. But you aren't.

Dec-07-20  rbhgroup: saffuna.. you don't seem to understand anything I say... you are just repeating back the same comments... even contradicting yourself, which you apparently do not realize....

I am telling you what is out there... ignore it if you like... I don't care... Trump will lose or win in the Supreme Court... if he gets there...

Dec-07-20  rbhgroup: I think he will... but time will tell...

But you can't find it, can't show it.

It's sort of like Trump saying Biden has to prove he got 80,000,000 votes. Absurd.

Dec-07-20  rbhgroup: You are absurd... seriously...

saffuna: How? You have presented precisely nothing to back up your outlandish claims.

Well, you can look forward to four years of complaining about the Biden presidency.

No,he is not.
But you also have to do some of the job.
A fruitfull conversation requires the willingness to understand and respect the other parts point of view. Otherwise you get a completely incompetent individual like .e.g the president of USA.

Dec-08-20  rbhgroup: moronovich.. I do respect other people's point of view... but if someone is simply playing word games with me - and contradicting themselves with each post - that is not worthy of respect...
