Jan-21-07  whatthefat: This has to be one of the strangest games I've seen.
Jan-22-07  whiskeyrebel: Orlov wrote a book I believe about this defense; strange continuation though. Doesn't it seem like there's a mad time scramble going on for the moves between say 27-40? The game seems a bit sloppy and wacky, but both players are sure going for the throat.
Jan-22-07  Shams: Tate just seems like the last player you would want to play something like this against.

GrahamClayton: That is one bizarre opening - after 7 moves White has made 6 pawn moves plus 1 knight move, while Black has made 5 knight moves and 2 pawn moves.
May-18-12  Llawdogg: That looked like a lot of fun.
