She was previously awarded the WIM title for winning the Asian Zone 3.4 Championship (Women) in 2011, and thereby qualifying to play in the FIDE Knock-out Women's World Championship (2012). In the first round, she played Russian GM Tatiana Kosintseva drawing the first game of the mini-match but losing the second to exit the contest.
