Kibitzer's Corner
Aug-25-07  TheaN: Um, yeah; I'm having 1865 - 2005 here: is this guy like, at least 150 years old? I guess these player profiles should be devided into two: probably the one until 1958 is one: the others are thereafter (I don't know either of these Schneiders).
Aug-25-07  Jim Bartle: Here's another one obviously two players with the same name: Korchnoi. Games in 1945 and in 2007???
Aug-26-07  TheaN: Harhar. Shame on you: Viktor was a very good GM, is a very good GM and will ALWAYS BE a very good GM. So I wouldn't be surprised with Korchnoi games from.... 2107? XD.
Oct-30-08  whiteshark: Admiral von Schneider?

Stonehenge: Oder der Schneider vom Admiral?
Oct-30-08  sneaky pete: Another big mess. From an under 12 Disney girl in 1998 to an Allendorf senior in 2002, that's quite amazing.

The games dated 1865 and 1866 were most likely played (maybe in the 1980s) by Edgars Sneiders aka E Sneiders aka Sneiders, the Urheber of the Sneiders attack.

The most likely culprit of the very short games around 1990 is W Schneider aka Walter Schneider.

Jul-08-12  Pirandus: The Schneider of the '80s years is MIKLOS SCHNEIDER, hungarian IM.
Oct-05-14  zanzibar: I also a 1993 game, Eisele, J -- Schneider, D from VLSBaden 9293 <Millbase>. That game is almost certainly from Germany.
Oct-05-14  zanzibar: By the way, how did I find my way here?

If I do a quick search for <Schneider> I get <Attila Schneider> only.

Attila Schneider

On the other hand, there are an awful lot of Schneider from an <Advanced Search> (as one might expect):
