adic: Why there is games until 2002 ?
He died 1990
Oct-07-09  nescio: <adic> The recent games (1993-2002) were probably played by the Russian ICCF grandmaster Alexei Tsvetkov (died June 14, 2004).

It's not right to mix him with a Russian player.
