Borislav Milic born 1925 was awarded the IM title in 1952 and the GM title in 1977. He came 1st at Vienna 1951 and later served as General Secretary of the Yugoslav Chess Federation.

  brankat: Borislav Milic gained a GM title at the age of 52! Later he did a lot of good work as the head of the Yugoslav Chess Federation.
