Aug-05-09   GrahamClayton: Back in 1999 Wallace played an internet blitz game against "Cambala", in which he missed a win based on a pin tactic.

Here is the position:

"Cambala" blundered with 53..Rd3??, but Wallace missed 54.Rb2+!, exploiting the pin on the c-file to win the rook on h2.

White lost on time a few moves later, and discovered that "Cambala" was none other than Garry Kasparov!
