WannaBe: In my very (not so humble possibly bias'd) opinion, regardless who wins AL, LAD should be -250 to win, possibly -300 Absolutely no disrespect against the potential opposition; SEA or TOR. But this LAD team just maul'd through NL postseason and will get extra rests.

WannaBe: Observed something weird. Using W11, Chrome Version 141.0.7390.108 (Official Build) (64-bit) the divide line between kibitz'n are some normal thin-ness, while others are randomly a bit thicker. Not a big deal, just want to comment on this. (both regular mode and incog mode)

WannaBe: Be (very) interesting if Trump manages to end Ukraine war too. And/or bring some calm between Iran/Israel. Teddy Rooselvelt won the Peace Prize for the Russo-Japanese War. And Obama won the prize for ending?? The Peace Prize have always the more political, like when Y. Arafat shared

WannaBe: Figures that MS would do it on a 2nd Tuesday of the month. That is when the updates (usual release) goes public. (Unless there's a super-duper-emergency zero day update)

WannaBe: Oh just some case that a magistrate judge let someone avoid jail in MD... Never heard the term of MJ before (No, not Michael Jordan), and from my Google search, it can vary from state to state. (Sorry, did not know you had responded weeks ago... Apologies. And much thanks, too)

  WannaBe: Game of the 'weak':

Kansas City Chiefs at Washington Redskins (-6.5). I would take KC, they shows resolves losing to Dallas last week (in over-time), while Washington showed me how they can blow a lead to the Panthers, and a team that looks utterly lost, confused, (much like me, playing chess...)

Phony Benoni: Definitely take KC. I don't know if Washington can score 6 points, much less 6.5.

Not that I know anything about it. Remember this play?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kNMy...

I had money riding on the Chargers that day. I haven't bet since.

Oct-13-09  hangingenprise: wannbe: yea a dodger-philly match-up.
better than a rocky game.
watch out for those angels!
Oct-13-09  Jim Bartle: I get a lot of joy watching the Redskins flail around. Dan Snyder bought the team a few years ago, and gave the impression it was going to be so simple to build a champion. And he's failed so miserably, treating everybody miserably along the way.
Oct-13-09  Travis Bickle: Watch out for those Damn Yankees!! HAHAHA

Yes, sometimes a "silent majority" will speak if even one person broaches a subject.

Your perennial good cheer, however, is never out of place.

You are probably the most cheerful of the Superheroes.

Especially that Batman always scowling.

What's up with that???

WannaBe: Oh, my goodness, this is so embarassing...

I have this problem, and I hope someone here can help me out... I am getting a little 'desperate', one might say...

See, for the longest time, I've had my avatar, and I <believe> I have seen pretty much <ALL> of Bugs Bunny.

Alas, I don't know which episode, or the name of that episode, where my avatar comes from!!!

I feel so, so, deprived, something is lacking in my life, I am now on this quest, to find that specific cartoon, where the image was generated!!!

Please, please help me!! 24 Carrots awaits you, (only if you help, else, I treat you like I treat Elmer Fudd!!!)

A link to youtube would help, or a wiki page to the name of that episode, or the date it was first aired???

Oct-15-09  YouRang: <WannaBe> I doubt that it's from an actual episode, but it's part of a picture of bugs bunny playing chess with Elmer Fudd:

Oct-16-09  Travis Bickle: I bet the rabbit killed him with a killer Q sac and Ol Elmer was fuming! ; P

WannaBe: I don't know if all the latest vista (critical, recommended) updates are 'necessary' or not, but after my update, I seem to encounter more problems than before... *sigh*

I miss my Windows 3.11

jessicafischerqueen: <MannBee> tell me about-- it did you read all of them horror stories about the <MICROSOFT: GUTLESS VENDORS OF EVIL> Vista Service Pack 2 update?

I'm refusing that one.

tpstar: <family of idiots> They wanted attention, and now they're going to get it.

It's a sad reflection of our time where people demean themselves for so-called "reality" shows to become so-called "stars" as a career move. It's bad enough when the adults do it, but to use their children like that (e.g. "Jon & Kate") is indefensible.

Their stunt backfired big time. People hate being duped.

  WannaBe: Break up the Raiders!!!
Oct-19-09  YouRang: Ack! The Dodgers just blew a chance to even the series. A 2-out 2-run double in the bottom of the ninth gives the Phillies a walk-off 5-4 win. :-(
