Sep-25-16  Sihlous: Great performance by Shakh...Not even close.
Sep-25-16  tuttifrutty: It's even amazing that no one is posting here when Wesley isn't on the line up. What does that tell you? Wesley is the reason chess is alive. Too bad the organizers turned a blind eye on a true chess talent, instead, invites second tier player like Giri and others who had nothing to show for....in their dust and cobwebs filled "show me" cabinet.

Snoozer tourney to say the least. Yikes....

  WannaBe: If (all chess) organizer(s) are paid by number of posts on Chessgames.com they'll sign up Wes.

There're a 'few' other tournament pages that don't have posts with, or without Wes.

Peace. Out.

Sep-26-16  notyetagm: Damn, Anand did not win even a single game!

Even Giri managed to win three times.

WESLEY = CHESS

:-)

Sep-26-16  WarewolfofLondon: Miss the great commentary here, fun interesting stuff, now we are left with Tuttimfingfrutti as interesting? Miss the old days, no wonder no one is posting, all those that use to have a sense of humor and intellect seem to have left out of boredom or been banned as many have mentioned. That is the reason no one posts/visits. Enjoy Tuttifruitti, I am out. Peace.

  OhioChessFan: <WoL> just use ignore. When I first saw the idiot's picture, I couldn't believe someone that old could act such the fool. I thought all along it was some 12 year old idiot. I've gotten to the point I think it's mental illness and not malfeascance or a joke.
Sep-26-16  shintaro go: Nepo's +1 is quite modest given his reputation as a top blitz player
Sep-26-16  WorstPlayerEver: Very exciting. A blitz where Anand draws 7 out of 9.
Sep-26-16  diagonal: ... and the chessgames <tournament index> shows, cg. has passed the 2'000 barrier:
