Presov (2000)

The Presov Chess Festival in Slovakia took place August 12th-20th 2000. The main GM event was Category 10.

First place in the Category 10 event was shared by Bartlomiej Macieja and Jiri Stocek who both scored 6.5/9 half a point clear of three players on 6 points. The event was also notable for the nightmare result of Irina Krush who won 1 and lost 8 games in the event.
