Daniel never upgraded. He patched 1990’s technology. The framework of CG was like an antique car with no more parts to be found.
After Sargon’s riddance, I felt in the name of progress and security of CG it was time to start from scratch.
It took a Federal Court hearing to protect CG from losing its IP.
Maybe because of Covid, and maybe because of The Queen’s Gambit effect, the infrastructure could not handle the day to day functionality.
CG cannot be preserved like and old movie. It has to evolve with ever changing technology or it will die. |
