I always thought sports fans in America were more civilized than those you encounter in Europe. I went to see the Cubs play in Atlanta, in full Cubs regalia, and when you get taunted, you taunt back, and everybody laughs. In Europe, they need to physically seperate "fans" so they won't beat each other up. Every weekend they play football there is chaos and destruction on the streets, it's very sad. Two more things: 1. How bad can taunts get when you're a Yankees fan? I mean, they are hated, but, come on, the Yankees have about three rings per finger to counter any taunts. Hard to argue with that. 2.
