WannaBe: Another not important thing that I noticed, as a premium member when I visit ChessGames.com Statistics Page page, I see ads. Not that a big deal. Sure CG.com have more important things to fix.

WannaBe: Nothing like waking up and bootin' up your laptop and get an "Imminent Hard Drive Failure" error message. Ugh.

  WannaBe: Happy Holidays <Penguincw>!!

And here is something I learned today, Lili Marleen, WWII Tune.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O6G...

Dec-29-20  technical draw: Bob Gibson, Lou Brock, and Al Kaline all started the 7th game of the 1968 World Series. So, why mention them? They all died in 2020. So did Tom Seaver, Lou Brock, Whitey Ford, Joe Morgan, and Joe Niekro.

2020 was a bad year overall but a terrible year for baseball.

WannaBe: Henry Mancini was a piccolo player?!!?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YjY...

On another note, you know what bothers me? Trumpet and Trombone players that points their bidness end <AT THE STAND>.

It's bad enough that the French Horn have a hand shoved up its bidness end, but why orchestral musicians keep pointing their bidness end at the stand?

See, Dizzy had it right, turn it up, like a loudspeaker and let everyone hear it.

I am going to start a new (music) company, where brass instruments are all turned up (Except Tuba, because it already is)

Oboe and English Horn, they are pointed down. (baaaaaad) Bassoon, they are pointed up. (Goooooood)

And we are going to introduce a new line of string instruments, where you won't have two F-holes (Yes, that is what they are called. Seriously)

Instead, our new company will design string instruments with a big giant A-hole. And our trading symbol on the stock market will be AHOLE (oh, wait...)

A light year is a distance, not a time. It should read "800 light years from here".>

Astronomical hubris!
Very Abdel Irada!

<A joke is a display of humour in which words are used within a specific and well-defined narrative structure to make people laugh and is not meant to be taken seriously. >

They never seem to get this part: <not meant to be taken seriously>

When I posted this:

<diceman: the: Eyetalian Stallion! >

It is surprising tga didn’t waltz in with:
ā€œdiceman, don’t you know, Eyetalian is spelled Italian?ā€

<So Han Solo's line "She made the Kessel run in 12 parsecs" is an unfortunate goof that marred the original Star Wars.>

Way more than that.
They have You-tube videos where they show many errors in modern movies.
