perfidious: <waustad> Trying to fly under the radar and all that--heh heh heh! Chess players are generally a canny lot, though and not so easily deceived.
Apr-28-14  cro777: Marina Guseva (Romanko) headed the team of brunettes in the April Fool’s Day blitz match in Moscow.

Apr-28-14  nok: <in Carlson Moscow Restaurant> Happy to know he's invested back some prize money.
Apr-28-14  cro777: The restaurant is named after <cartoon character Carlson>, created by Swedish author Astrid Lindgren: <Karlsson on the roof>. The cartoon adaptation became popularized in the Soviet Union and to this day, the adaptations are still celebrated as an integral part of the Russian cartoon industry, with Carlson being recognized as a national icon.

Carlson Moscow Restaurant is located <on the roof> of a modern business centre Central City Tower, with its awesome panoramic views on the Kremlin, Moscow river, and Zamoskvorechie.
