WIM Ružen(k)a Suchá-Dobiášová was Czechoslovak Women's Champion in 1938, 1951 and 1954. She played at Prague 1943, won by Alexander Alekhine 2.5 points ahead of Paul Keres, where she finished last with 3 draws out of 19 games.

In 1954, she shared 1st-2nd place in Women's World Chess Championship Zonal Tournament in Leipzig. In 1954, Ruzena Sucha was awarded the FIDE Woman International Master (WIM) title. In 1955, she participated at Women's World Chess Championship Candidates Tournament in Moscow when ranked 19th place.

Nov-27-08  Karpova: Ruzena Sucha came in last in the Prague Tournament 1943 (Alekhine won ahead of Keres). She scored 1.5 out of 19 (draws against Kubanek, Dietze and Fichtl).
