  alexmagnus: Moreau was clearly stronger. MAD plays at 1309 level at best (some of the mistakes are just painful to see, even in a blitz game).

By the way, the two wins here must be an error, chess-results say he lost all games.

The closest he came to a non-loss was against Khayat (~1700) in the rapid championship, where he made an illegal move in a totally won position. If it were a classical game, he'd win it - it was easy even at this level.
