JOSE LUIS FERNANDEZ GARCIA (born May-03-1954) Spain [what is this?] Jose L. Fernandez Garcia was awarded the GM title in 1986. He was 1st= at Barcelona 1985, 1st= at Torremolinos 1985 and 1st= at Las Palmas 1987. He also played on three Spanish Olympiad teams; in 1982, 1984 and 1986. Spanish champion in 1989.
