Jan-13-08  juccal: Pedro Donoso was a great chess teacher and trainer, he tutored many players that later become masters like Ivan Morovic, Victor Frias, Javier Campos, Hernan Salazar, Jorge Egger, Luis Rojas to name a few. We that knew him remember his chess erudition with great affection, he had a true love for chess that transmitted to all people who met him at the "Club Chile" chess club. He died in 2001 at santiago, victim of cancer.
