Jun-04-06  WTHarvey: With a performance rating of 2789 in the 2006 Olympiad, Iuldachev is hot! Here is a little collection of Saidali's otb winning combinations: http://www.wtharvey.com/iuld.html
Jun-04-06  hitman84: <WTHarvey>Great website you have!
Jun-04-06  WTHarvey: Thx! And here's a link to his FIDE personal card: http://www.fide.com/ratings/card.ph...
Jun-04-06  Open Defence: <WTHarvey> yes i must say that's a great web site... how do you catalogue everything ..by opening.. year... etc etc... it must be a lot of work....
Jun-04-06  Milo: I've often wondered how you find all those positions, Harvey. It really amazes me. Your website is probably the best tactical puzzle resource on the web, since it's all real and computer checked.
Jun-04-06  WTHarvey: Thx again, folks! :-) Fishing for chess puzzles is actually quite relaxing and maybe something of a resource. Chess can be computer friendly but also worst enemies, too. With computer databases, we've got such a terrific flood of chess information, it surely frightens some of the newcomers away. A good chess diagram is worth 1,000 moves!
