|Mar-09-05|| ||Benzol: This player was a pupil of Viktor Emmanuelovich Kart and according to <Honza> was born around 1961.|
However, there is another player named Marta Ivanova Shul who was born in 1949 but it seems there are no games of hers in the database.
|Mar-09-05|| ||Honza Cervenka: <Benzol> WGM Marta Litinskaya was born in 1949. See http://www.chesslive.de/scripts/ser...|
If your note <"according to <Honza> was born around 1961"> is based on my comment of game M Litinskaya-Shul vs Chiburdanidze, 1973 <"This is not bad for a twelwe years old girl..."> then it is a little misunderstanding. The twelwe years old girl was not Marta Litinskaya, but Maia Chiburdanidze.:-)
|Mar-09-05|| ||Benzol: My apologies <Honza> that was my understanding of it and I'm sorry for the mix up, my fault entirely.
I was proceeding from a false assumption. |
|Mar-14-05|| ||chessgames.com: Many thanks to Honza for supplying hundreds of more games by Marta. |
|Mar-14-05|| ||hintza: Thanks for all your chess endeavours, <Honza>! |
|Mar-15-05|| ||Benzol: Now 655 games in her profile! That's excellent. |
|Mar-25-06|| ||BIDMONFA: Marta I Litinskaya-Shul|
LITINSKAYA SHUL, Marta I.
|Mar-25-08|| ||brankat: Happy Birthday Marta!|
|Apr-22-09|| ||stanleys: Article about her: http://chesspro.ru/_events/2009/lat...|
|Mar-25-11|| ||Penguincw: Happy 61st birthday Marta I Litinskaya-Shul.|
|Mar-25-11|| ||redorc19: Thanks, <Honza>!|
|Mar-25-11|| ||BLarsen1967: Happy Birthday Marta,you legendary player! -- the only thing I'd like to know,is,whatever happened to those 2 games you fought out against Irina Levitina in the 1986 Malmo Candidates?? I've searched for them everywhere,they're nowhere to be found. Maybe Irina didnt show up,perhaps she was busy playing bridge?|
|Oct-31-14|| ||ljfyffe: Marta was a member of the Soviet team that won
the Ladies CC Olympiad lll (1986-1992).
|Oct-31-14|| ||ljfyffe: And 1980-1986 Ladies CC Olympiad ll.|
|Oct-31-14|| ||ljfyffe: Plus the a member of the Ladies Olympiad of Correspondence Chess I from 1974-1979 that won first as it did in Olympiad II.|
