Chessgames Bookie: I am unsure exactly when Norway Chess 2016 begins <chessgames> time. I have Round 1 starting @ 10:00am <chessgames> time(EDT). The world clocks I have checked show a 6hr. difference between Norway & <chessgames>. The official Norway Chess website say all rounds start @ 4pm CET. So according to that we should get started @ 10am here(chessgames). If they start sooner(for whatever reason) I will have to pull the plug on the betting. Hopefully I have it right.

Chessgames Bookie: <centralfiles: Just for clarity No new bets after April 28 even if there's a playoff?>

The last day is April 29th <centralfiles>. We are finishing the Championship Leg when the Norway Chess tournament ends. The final round 9 of that tournament is on April 29th.

From today's Chessbase article about Norway Chess, rd6:

<There will be a blitz match and rapid chess Friday April 29 after Round 9 if two players share first place. If there are more than 2 players sharing first place a new match will take place Saturday 30.>

So, it seems that Norway Chess may not end until April 30th.

Thanks for reminding me <FSR>. I meant to do that earlier & I was sidetracked. All those holding Caruana tickets have been paid.
