Aug-16-14  Travis Bickle: Hey Jess, I know you're probably not into western movies but here is a great scene from The Unforgiven, a realistic movie about the old west & gun fighters. In this scene Clint Eastwood's character comes to avenge the beating & killing of his best friend...

<tbo> What a great Beatles song thanks man!

I never heard this one before either. It's a great STEREO mix with an outstanding acoustic guitar on the left speaker, and the vocals and lead electric on the right speaker.

Is this a remaster?

Aug-29-14  Travis Bickle: Hi Jess, how ya been? Did you go to your new school yet?

That Beatles song I linked you is Remastered...

Here's 1 for you by Neil, I've always liked this song. ; P

moronovich: Good evening <Travis> ! It is late her in DK but in St.Louis there are hefty fireworks on all 3 boards !

His favourite is "Four Strong Winds" a song he heard over and over again in his early years. In a period he used almost all his dimes in the local jukebox on this song ;)

Aug-29-14  Travis Bickle: <moronovich> Thanks for the info Moro! I think he made a music documentary called that very title!

Here's Neil doing the song.

<Tim> Nice one! And a great submarine movie too. I saw the unauthorized 200 hour long cut too.

I just now realized <Ohio> meant to show <caucho> how to make the word "road" in blue mystery letters.

<Thanhks> for the recipe! I don't eat sweets myself, but it sounds spooky. Autumn holidays are great eh?

I will get five days off work for CHEWED SOCK FESTIVAL.

Aug-31-14  Boomie: <playground player: <Esteemed Colleagues> I still don't understand <blue mystery letters>.>

Nobody does.

At first I thought it was a play on that obscure idiom "Talking up a blue streak." But no...

A couple of years ago, we made up a Burma Shave game. Chancho and Deffi were especially fond of that one.

Anyhoo, there's no telling why games players get up to all these shenanigans. They like to play, I guess.

He's in on the conspiracy. The truth is much stranger than our good cousin of <Martinez> intimates.

I'm at liberty to give you only one clue: I'm not the Droid you're looking for.

But he's not hard to find...

Ironically, now "this is real" because they are indeed bona fide accounts now.

The rule was a kind of sporting idea that the hunt, and the need to make a combination of unusual names to construct a common word that wasn't available, was part of the fun.
